This summer season offers an easy and frivolous approach to make-up. Be warned! You may have to immediately give up a few usual items, even a highlighter. So, what has replaced the shades of metallic shade, pink blush and berry lipstick? You can read all about it in our review.
“Glass Skin”
Cosmetics for skin care have turned this season into a proper make-up regimen. To achieve this effect for yourself, you do not need to feel regret using a quality moisturizing cream, whey or oil. Put them on the entire face, under the tonal base, and then, afterwards, to the other surrounding areas as well, instead of highlighter.
Mysterious Crystals
This trend came to us from Asia – kirakira or “anti- hangover make-up”. You can use this fashionable “chip” in your make-up for a party, as well as after it, to hide the traces of a merry night, with the help of crystals. Decorate your cheekbones, lips and eyes with crystals! Now, you can shine in real life and not just on the podium and on Instagram.
Tea Blush
This season, it is trendy to use a blush of tea, just like in the 1970s. Unlike pink shades, they immediately refresh the appearance and give the effect of youth and health, but only if the colour is not too dark or brick-red. Put them on the “apples” (cheeks or cheekbones), depending on the shape of your face.
Blue Shadows
Back to the U.S.S.R.? No, this is not the blue shade which we saw on the grocery store saleswomen. To distance the image from retro, the finish and the shape are very important. Mother-of-pearl and feathering remain in the past. Now, you just need to dip your finger in matte cream shadows and apply it on the eyelids.
Double Arrows
This makeup will suit everyone who wants to add a bit of colour to the familiar image. With a double piping, it is easy to experiment. You can, for example, put a colour accent on the outer corners of the eye, as well as in the inner or centre of the eyelids, while drawing a bright line over the usual black one.
Wide Lower Eyeliner
On the upper eyelid, apply a little transparent lip gloss. This will balance the heavy accent along the lower eyelashes. Intensively paint the upper eyelashes with liner, with the effect of volume, and then draw wide lines along the bottom edge of the eyes. Most importantly, when applying eyeliner, do not try to achieve symmetry and perfection. In this case, negligence is only welcomed.
Glass Lips
As an addition to the Korean trend of “glass skin”, there is the option of “glass lips”, ideally tender and moist. A new wave of brilliance offers three varieties of saturated color: Classic cream, neon and glitter. Hyaluronic acid in the composition will make the lips smooth and full.
Monochrome in Make-up
Make-up, completely done in one scale, is a great way not to waste time choosing a shade of blush and shadows in line with the colour of the lipstick. To make the image harmonious, it is best to use one universal theme, of a cream texture. If this is not the case, you can use dry blushes as shadows and apply natural shine and lipstick of a suitable shade on the lips.
